Location was perfect, right around the corner from the main square and overlooking the park. We were really impressed with the room as it had been recently renovated - I think they were still in the process of doing the rest of the work as we heard drilling one morning (didn’t start until about 9:30am so didn’t bother us at all). Would 100% stay here again had no complaints. We got the train from the airport and then walked from the station but got a taxi going back since we had an early flight. Taxis pick up from a rank just down the road which we didn’t realise but that’s my own fault for not realising!

This was a budget trip for us so we had low expectations, however, we are now so glad we found the Campanile. Great location, excellent value for money and really friendly staff. We have been to Krakow before and have stayed at more expensive hotels, however, when we return we will use the Campanile again as it offers such value. We didn’t sample the breakfast or lunch menu, however, the prices were very reasonable. All members of staff that we met were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Campanile Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and we want to give special thanks to Arkadious at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip even more enjoyable. His assistance and warm demeanor made a great impression on us. It's staff like Arkadious that make all the difference. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Also very closed to old town and mall by wolking and very clean hotel . Well done to house keeper !

Everything was beyond expectation especially since it is hard to find a place with being pet friendly. Location is in the hearth of the old town making it super easy to enjoy Krakow as a visitor. Hotel personnel was friendly and eager to help as well as the parking services provided. Definitely will book it again in the future.

It's very well positioned in the heart of the old town in a quiet corner of a park, close to many pubs and the Christmas Fair. The room is large, the beds were comfortable, it's well furnished, the bathroom was ...OK, too. The breakfast was reliable but not exquisite. The reception stuff were friendly and really helpful.
